Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Please review our Shipping Policy for details on delivery times, shipping fees, and lost or delayed packages. Shipping costs are not included under this Return, Refund & Warranty Policy unless otherwise stated.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unprogrammed, and free of soldering, electrical connection, or physical modification — with all included accessories, cables, and original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that due to the nature of electronic components, returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items. Any item that has been powered, programmed, or shows signs of installation or testing will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent electrostatic or physical damage during transit. Items damaged during return shipping may be ineligible for refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. This allows us to assist with a carrier claim and replacement.

If a product appears to be malfunctioning, our support team may request additional diagnostic information (such as photos, test results, or configuration details) to verify whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or user modification.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Given the technical nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used integrated circuits (ICs), chips, or semiconductors.
  • Development boards or kits that have been powered on, programmed, or soldered.
  • Digital products such as downloadable software, firmware, code licenses, or development programs once activated or accessed.
  • Custom-assembled or configured boards or components made to customer specifications.

We also cannot accept returns for clearance, discounted, or final-sale items.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns of opened packaging that remain unused and in resellable condition.

This fee covers inspection, testing, and repackaging costs associated with verifying that the product has not been used, damaged, or programmed.

Restocking fees do not apply to returns resulting from verified defects, shipping errors, or warranty claims.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your product is confirmed defective under warranty, we may provide a direct replacement or credit rather than requiring a full exchange process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Digital software, code licenses, and other electronically delivered products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once download, activation, or access has occurred.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds apply only to the product cost. Original shipping fees, import duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

All Okika Devices products are covered by a limited 90-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Failures that occur without user modification, improper handling, or misuse.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, static discharge, reverse polarity, or overvoltage.

  • Products that have been soldered, reworked, or physically modified.

  • Software or firmware issues resulting from user programming or external code.

  • Damage resulting from neglect, accidents, or environmental factors (e.g., moisture, heat).
