  • Okika ships to select international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local regulations.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Certain electronics may be restricted from shipment to specific countries due to regulatory or safety requirements.

Packaging & Handling

  • All Okika products are electronics and are packaged with protective materials (anti-static bags, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes) to prevent physical or electrostatic damage during transit.

  • Lithium-ion or battery-powered devices are shipped in compliance with carrier and regulatory safety requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery. Report any visible damage within 7 days of receipt to support@okikadevices.com.
